Winegard mobile Directv dish
I bought a Winegard SK-3005 mobile satellite dish to use on our camper.In six months it's failed three times and I'm waiting for a response from Winegard to send it in for the third time.
The company has the worst customer service I've ever encountered. I've sent 21 emails, faxes and online requests but most are ignored. Customer service is always "busy with other customers" regardless of when you call. I'm about ready to rip the thing off the roof.
I wrote to the President, VP Sales, and still I haven't had a call back.I think this may have been a good company at one time but now it's no more than a scam.
Monetary Loss: $1700.
